How the sum works
Quotes a week × average job value × the share of quiet quotes a follow-up would win × 52 weeks. That's all. If you think the win rate is too high, move it down.
For example, 8 quotes a week at $800 each, with 10% won back by a follow-up, is 8 × $800 × 10% = $640 a week, or $33,280 a year.
How to win back quiet quotes
- Follow up after two days. A short, friendly message with the quote link. Our quote follow-up message writer drafts one for you.
- Make it easy to say yes. A link they can accept on their phone beats a PDF they have to print and sign.
- Follow up once more, then stop. Two check-ins is polite. More than that starts to feel like pressure.

Questions
Where do the numbers come from?
From you. It multiplies the quotes you send a week by your average job value and the share of quiet quotes you think a follow-up would win, then multiplies by 52. Nothing is estimated for you.
What's a quiet quote?
A quote the customer never answers. They haven't said no. They just haven't said yes, and nobody followed up.
How does WattlePing follow up quotes?
When you switch quote chasing on, an unanswered quote gets a friendly check-in after two days and one more four days later, by email or text. It stops as soon as the customer accepts or declines.
