What WattlePing is

WattlePing is software for trade and field-service businesses in Australia: it records enquiries and missed calls, sends text messages and quotes, schedules jobs and issues invoices.

Your responsibilities

Plans, trial and payment

Business phone numbers

Australian regulations require us to verify who holds a phone number. To get a number you must give us your registered business name, ABN and address, and they must be accurate. We may decline or remove a number if the details are wrong or the number is misused. Numbers are provided to you for as long as you have an active subscription and are not yours to port or transfer.

Our responsibilities

We aim to keep the service running and your data backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Text delivery depends on telecommunications carriers outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or missed jobs. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Your data

Your customer data belongs to you. You can export it at any time from Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and data. See the privacy policy.

Ending the service

You can stop using WattlePing at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

These terms are a general template and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have them reviewed before charging customers.
