What the numbers mean

Team members: People who can log in: you, the office, and crew who see their own jobs.
AI actions a month: Each question you ask the assistant, and each customer message the receptionist reads, is one action. Each plan includes a monthly allowance. If you switch on extra usage, each extra action is $0.10 (GST included), added to your next invoice, capped at three times your allowance. It is off unless you turn it on.
Texts a month: Messages WattlePing sends for you, counted per calendar month in your time zone. If you run out, automatic texts pause unless you switch on extra usage at $0.15 per extra text, capped at three times your plan.
Business phone numbers: Local numbers that ring your mobile first and text back anyone you miss.
AI actions: What the AI receptionist and assistant use. Each customer message the receptionist reads, and each question you ask the assistant, is one action.
Yearly billing: Pay for ten months and get twelve. GST is included in every price.

Questions

Do I need a new phone number?

You keep your own number. WattlePing gives you a business number that rings your mobile first. If you miss the call, the customer gets a text straight away.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days, no card needed, up to 50 texts. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan.

What happens if I use all my included texts?

Automatic texts pause until next month. If you'd rather keep them going, you can switch on extra usage: $0.15 per extra text and $0.10 per extra AI action (GST included). It's off unless you turn it on.

Are the prices GST inclusive?

Yes. Every price on this site includes GST.

Can I cancel?

Any time from the Billing page. Your data stays exportable, so you can take your customers and jobs with you.

Who gets the money when customers pay by card?

You do. You connect your own Stripe account, and card payments go straight to it. WattlePing never holds your customers' money.

Is there an app?

Your crew add WattlePing to their phone's home screen from the browser. It opens like an app, with no app store and no updates to install.
